The Fall 2021 Biannual Home & Garden Show returns to the Caloosa Sound Convention Center in Fort Myers on September 18 and 19 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
“We are very happy to be returning to the Caloosa Sound Convention Center,” Bill Anderson, president of Expo Management which produces the event, said. “Last year’s show was a wonderful experience for our suppliers and attendees and this year’s show will be even bigger and better.”
Now in its 25th year, the show features more than 110 local and regional businesses that display and present products and services to owners. Jim Parks of HGTV will be the celebrity guest and give three seminars each day, including “Update your kitchen and bathroom” “I need a curb call” and “Modify my living space. “
Attendees can learn about the latest home improvement products and services inside and out, from furniture, accessories, decor and renovation ideas to landscaping and more. Hourly draws and door prizes will also be offered.
“I do not advertise other than this Home & Garden show. Other than this show, it’s word of mouth. Said Recolor Your Grout President Mike Stracuzza.
Stracuzza started his business in his garage 27 years ago and now sells their grout sealer all over the world. Recolor Your Grout is a color sealer that can change the color of the grout to any other shade and makes tile floors look like new, never fade and is guaranteed for life.
“This is the perfect event for current and future owners to get information and learn about products and services for their homes” Anderson said.
“If you are not at this show, you will not get the leads it generates”, Joe Cooper, vice president of C&C Construction and Remodeling, said.
Cooper is the fourth generation of his family in construction and has been involved as a salesperson for 15 years. The company specializes in the interior renovation of kitchens and bathrooms.
“One year, we got 64 tracks during the show. Home improvement shows are certainly one of our main sources of advertising ”, he said.
Expo Management was established in Fort Myers in 1987. The company has hosted 563 events over the past 34 years. In 2021, it will host 19 events in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee.
